The AKSOA Long-Term Concept Art Program is an intensive 13-week (3-month) training program.
Students receive 4 hours of live mentorship every week for 13 weeks (52+ hours of live instruction). To maximize their growth, students are expected to dedicate an additional 15–25 hours per week outside of class for assignments, design studies, project development, and portfolio work. Over the duration of the program, students invest approximately 250–380 hours of focused training and production.
Throughout the 13 weeks, students build a strong foundation in design fundamentals while mastering industry-standard tools for Environment or Character concept art.
The final weeks are dedicated to portfolio development, where students complete polished, industry-quality projects that demonstrate both creativity and technical proficiency. By the end of the program, graduates leave with a competitive portfolio, a comprehensive understanding of modern concept art pipelines, and the confidence to pursue opportunities in the global film and game industry.
This is not a casual art course. It is an intensive professional program that demands consistency, discipline, and regular practice every week to achieve industry-level results.

AKSOA's 3-month Environment Concept Art Program is an intensive, industry-focused training designed to replicate the expectations and workflow of a professional concept art production pipeline. Over the course of 13 weeks, students are expected to dedicate approximately 20–30 hours per week, including 4 hours of live instruction and extensive independent practice, assignments, design iterations, and mentor feedback. In total, students will complete approximately 260–390 hours of focused training.
By the end of the program, students will have developed multiple portfolio-quality environment concept art projects while gaining a solid understanding of composition, perspective, lighting, visual storytelling, and professional design workflows using Photoshop and Blender. The goal is not only to improve artistic ability but to build an industry-ready portfolio and develop the mindset, discipline, and production skills expected from a junior concept artist working in the film and game industry.
